Humbly, this my recipe-that I recently found-and used to work well according to my notes. Makes about 2 cups. (Didn't know what to put in servings, sorry...) Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) package semisweet chocolate morsels |
1/2 cup whipping cream |
3 tablespoons butter |
Directions:
1. Microwave semisweet chocolate morsels and whipping cream in 2-quart microwave-safe bowl at medium (50% power) 2 1/2 to 3 minutes or until chocolate begins to melt.
2. Whisk until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. Whisk in butter; let stand 20 minutes. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer 3-4 minutes or until mixture forms soft peaks.
