This is my recipe for wings that I have been doing for 25 years.Great as a meal too with fried rice and pineapple chunks! Ingredients:
1c vegetable oil |
1/2c soy sauce |
1tsp. ground ginger |
1tbs. lemon juice |
2tsp garlic powder |
4lbs. chicken wings,split |
Directions:
1. Mix marinade,pour over wings and marinate 24 hours. 2. Bake in marinade at 350 for 30 mins. Raise heat to 450 and cook in marinade for another 30 mins. Drain off marinade and put under broiler for a few minutes till crispy. |
