Ben's favorite! Ingredients:
4 c lowfat chicken broth |
3 medium carrots, chopped |
6 oz cooked chicken breast, shredded |
3/4 c brown rice, uncooked |
Directions:
1. In a large-enough pan, combine broth and rice. Cook rice until almost tender. 2. Add carrots and cook until carrots and rice are tender. Add chicken and heat through. |
