Ingredients:
4 c lowfat chicken broth
3 medium carrots, chopped
6 oz cooked chicken breast, shredded
3/4 c brown rice, uncooked
Directions:
1. In a large-enough pan, combine broth and rice. Cook rice until almost tender.
2. Add carrots and cook until carrots and rice are tender. Add chicken and heat through.
