My Chicken Burgers

Just a very simple chicken burger with no breadcrumbs. You can make it like this, but you have to be careful when you flip. I find it's best to use two spatulas.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground chicken
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/4 cup lawry baja chipotle marinade
1/4 cup onion
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and form into patties. **I use a half cup measuring cup and end up with four.
2. Place patties in a heated skillet and cook for five minutes on one side.
3. Flip over and cook five minutes on the other.
4. Place on a hamburger bun and top with barbecue sauce and mayo.
