This is so good and simple. Excellent on just about anything... I recommend salads though! Ingredients:
1 tablespoon capers (drained) |
3 teaspoons dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar |
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar |
salt & fresh ground pepper (to taste) |
1/4 cup olive oil |
Directions:
1. Puree the capers, mustard, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper. 2. With the machine running, add oil slowly until emulsified. |
