My Caper Vinaigrette

This is so good and simple. Excellent on just about anything... I recommend salads though!
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon capers (drained)
3 teaspoons dijon mustard
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
salt & fresh ground pepper (to taste)
1/4 cup olive oil
Directions:
1. Puree the capers, mustard, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper.
2. With the machine running, add oil slowly until emulsified.
