My Buffalo Wings

These are my buffalo wings. Great appetizer. I also do for dinner for the two of us with a salad.
Ingredients:
3lbs chicken wings(about 12 whole,wing tips discarded and wing pieces seperated) or 24 wing halves
2tbs vegetable oil
salt,pepper
buffalo sauce
1/2c frank's hot sauce
1/3c melted butter
Directions:
1. Adjust oven rack to upper middle position and heat oven to 450. Set a large wire rack over a foil-lined jelly roll pan. Spray the rack with cooking spray. Toss wings with oil,salt and pepper in a large bowl
2. Arrange in single layer on wire rack over pan and roast till golden brown,about 40-50 mins. Dump the wings into buffalo sauc;toss to coat. Pour the rendered fat from the pan and;turn wings onto foil-lined pan and seperate with a fork. Continue to roast till glaze sets,about 8-10 mins. longer. Serve with blue cheese dressing
3. Sauce: Melt butter and mix with Frank's Hot sauce.
4. Make a little extra sauce for dipping if you wish
