Great buffalo wings that are baked not fried. Been making them a long time this way.
Ingredients:
3lbs chicken wings,tip discarded and wing cut in two sections or 24 wing sections
2t vegetable oil
salt and ground pepper
sauce
1/2c hot red pepper sauce
1/2c mayonaisse
i use
1/2c frank s hot sauce
1/3c butter
Directions:
1. Adjust oven rack to upper middle and heat to 450. Set large rack over foil-lined jelly roll pan. Toss wings in a bowl with oil,salt and pepper. Arrange single layer on rack. Roast till golden 40-60 mins.
2. Dump wings in the sauce;toss to coat. pour rendered fat from the pan;turn wings onto foil-lined pan and seperate with a fork. Continue to roast until glaze is set;8-10 mins longer
