why would anyone want to go to a fast food place to get a breakfast sandwich when you can make something like this that tastes 1000 times better and is made fresh and healthy?. Ingredients:
2 pcs of good quality bread |
thin deli ham or turkey slices |
2 eggs |
mayo |
1 cheese slice--provolone or mozzarella |
salt and pepper and some tabasco sauce |
olive oil. |
Directions:
1. rub some olive oil over one side of the bread and toast in a 450 oven until golden brown 2. put cheese and slices of meat on one pc. and mayo on the other piece. 3. fry 2 eggs in olive oil ,salt and pepper ,breaking the yolks and flip over and cook to taste . i like mine cooked hard.. 4. put cooked eggs over the meat and splash a few drops of tobasco sauce on top put other bread on top. slice in half. |
