Yummy pita pizza! Ingredients:
1 whole wheat pita bread |
1/4 cup fat free feta cheese, crumbled |
1 plum tomato, sliced thin |
1 sliced red onion |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400. 2. rub pita with half oil. 3. spread cheese on pita. 4. lay on tomato slices. 5. top with onion and drizzle with remaining oil. 6. bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes. 7. broil on high for 3-5 minutes till bubbly. |
