This recipe is an adaptation of two other old cookbook recipes. I think this experiment was a success. I hope you will enjoy it as much as my family does. Ingredients:
1/2 cup olive oil |
2 tablespoons onions, minced |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese |
1 teaspoon salt |
3/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
3/4 teaspoon dried mustard |
3/4 teaspoon oregano |
3/4 teaspoon basil |
3/4 teaspoon sugar |
3/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 cup red wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Combine Ingredients. 2. Mix Well. 3. Enjoy over your favorite salad. |
