These mashed potatoes are a favorite among family and friends. Ingredients:
5 lbs potatoes (skins on) |
16 ounces extra-light vegetable oil spread (fleischmann's made with olive oil) |
1/4 cup milk |
garlic salt |
Directions:
1. Dice potatoes and boil on stove top till done. 2. Add olive oil butter, milk and garlic salt. 3. Mash with electric mixer. |
