Got this from Weeknight Cooking Made Easy 2007. Will try it soon. Ingredients:
2 cups chicken, cooked and diced |
1 celery rib, diced |
1 hard-boiled egg, chopped |
1 small cucumber, diced |
1/3 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon ground mustard |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
sliced almonds (optional) |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. 2. Chill before serving. |
