i love asian food so i play around with the flavors alot.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (or any ground meat u like)
1 teaspoon finley chopped gingerroot (you can use powder)
1 teaspoon finley chopped garlic (or 1/2tsp powder)
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped basil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
1 teaspoon crushed red chili pepper flakes (optional)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
nonstick cooking spray
Directions:
1. spray skillet with a light coating of non-stick bine all ingredients in a bowl. shape patties. heat skillet to medium heat. place burgers on skillet and cook till desired doneness.
