Tangy salad dressing. Lasts about a week in the fridge. Ingredients:
1 tbsp red wine vinegar |
1 tsp dijon mustard |
1/2 tsp garlic, finely chopped |
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil |
1 pinch salt |
1 pinch ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Whisk red wine vinegar, mustard and garlic in a small bowl. 2. Slowly add olive oil, whisking constantly. Season with salt and pepper to taste. |
