                    This is not a low-calorie dish, but it is well worth the splurge. From Betty Crocker's New Cookbook. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                4 1/2 lbs pork spareribs  |  
                                                1/2 cup molasses  |  
                                                1/3 cup dijon mustard  |  
                                                1/3 cup cider vinegar  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Heat oven to 325' F. 2. Place ribs on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. 3. Bake uncovered 1 hour. 4. Mix molasses and mustard. 5. Stir in vinegar. 6. Brush ribs with this sauce. 7. Bake ribs an additional 45 minutes (until tender), uncovered, brushing frequently with sauce.                              |
