Ingredients:
1 cup(s) light mayonnaise
1 cup(s) light sour cream
2 tablespoon(s) minced onion (dried)
1 clove(s) garlic or garlic salt as desired
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) freshly ground pepper
1/2 cup(s) chopped fresh parsley or dried can substitute basil or other herb
1 tablespoon(s) prepared dijon mustard
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients well and allow to stand covered in refrigerator 2 or 3 hours or overnight before serving in a bowl to accompany fresh vegetables of all types. Makes about 2 /4 cups. Vegetables that can be used: fresh mushrooms, cauliflower, carrots, celery, cherry tomatoes, zucchini etc. Preparation time is about 20 minutes.
