Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter or margarine |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1/2 cup whipping cream |
1/4 cup water |
2 egg yolks |
1 tablespoon sugar |
2 tablespoons cider vinegar |
2 tablespoons prepared mustard |
1 teaspoon salt |
hot cooked pasta |
chopped fresh parsley (optional) |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add garlic, and saute 2 to 3 minutes. 2. Whisk together whipping cream and next 6 ingredients. Add to skillet; cook, stirring constantly, 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened. Toss with pasta. Sprinkle with parsley, if desired. 3. Note: For testing purposes only, we used French's classic yellow mustard. |
