I love this sauce over fish. Ingredients:
3 teaspoons flour |
2 tablespoons sugar |
3 teaspoons mustard powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 cup milk |
2 eggs (beaten) |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
Directions:
1. Combine the flour with the mustard, sugar and salt in the top of a double boiler with water boiling in the bottom. 2. Gradually add milk into the flour mixture stirring constantly till mixture thickens. 3. Add beaten eggs and cook 2 to 3 minutes more. 4. Add vinegar and serve while hot. 5. Use for fish or meat. |
