Great served over chicken !! Ingredients:
1/2 cup chicken stock |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon whole grain mustard |
1/4 cup pouring cream |
Directions:
1. Bring stock to the boil. 2. Add mustards, simmer gently for 4 minutes. 3. Carefully whisk in cream, simmer 3 more minutes until thickened. 4. Serve over chicken. |
