Potato salad that goes with most barbeque. Ingredients:
5 potatoes diced, cooked and drained. (i place them in the fridge overnight to cool) |
4 boiled eggs cooled and diced |
1 cup finely chopped celery |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
1 cup miracle whip |
2 tbsp. vinegar |
1 tsp. salt |
2 tbsp. mustard |
Directions:
1. Dice potatoes, cook until tender and drain. 2. Boil 4 eggs. 3. Mix all ingredients together and place in the fridge until ready to serve. |
