This tangy mustard vinaigrette is enlivened by hints of wine, garlic and onion flavors. Ingredients:
1 1/2 tablespoons prepared dijon-style mustard |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
1/2 cup red wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon ground black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 pinch garlic salt |
1 pinch onion powder |
1/4 cup olive oil |
Directions:
1. In a jar with a lid, combine the mustard, vegetable oil, vinegar, pepper, salt, garlic salt, onion powder and olive oil. Cover and shake until thoroughly combined. Chill until ready to serve. |
