Ingredients:
4 cups cubed peeled yukon gold potato |
1 garlic clove, sliced |
1/3 cup 1% low-fat milk |
1/4 cup stone-ground mustard |
1 tablespoon butter |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Place potato and garlic in a medium saucepan; add water to cover. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until tender. Drain; return potato mixture to pan. Add milk and remaining ingredients; mash with a potato masher. |
