Mustard, Maple and Walnut Sauce |

Another one from Everyday Food Magazine. I wanted to save. Serve with grilled chicken or pork. Ingredients:
1/4 cup dijon mustard |
1/4 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped |
3 tablespoons pure maple syrup |
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves |
coarse salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste. 2. If storing, cover and refrigerate up to 2 days. |
