This is the Mustard Dill Sauce for Gravlax (Swedish Sugar and Salt Cured Salmon). Ingredients:
3 tablespoons dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
salt |
white pepper |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
1/2 cup chopped fresh dill |
Directions:
1. Mix the mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. 2. Add the oil slowly while whisking, to form an emulsion. 3. Add the chopped dill. |
