Delicious fragrant and popular even with tofu haters! Ingredients:
350 g firm tofu |
80 g whole grain mustard |
50 g soy sauce |
1 tablespoon cumin |
1 tablespoon red pepper |
Directions:
1. Cover all 22 pieces in the marinade leaving a bit on the top for crust. Arrange crust up in a foil lined baking tin and bake at 200 C or until edges crisp up. Enjoy! |
