Simple, tasty fish Ingredients:
2 teaspoons spicy brown mustard |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon oregano |
2 teaspoons parmesan cheese |
1/8 cup rice flour |
1 lb tilapia fillet |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375. 2. Bake fish 10 minutes on oiled glass sheet and pull from oven. 3. Mix mustard, Worcestershire, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, and cheese and baste one side of fish. 4. Sprinkle rice flour over fish till thinly covered. 5. Bake for another 10 minutes until crust is brown and bubbly. |
