Very delicious and surprisingly different chicken that you can make in a flash. Sure to impress!!! Be careful with how you cook it...it'll dry out fast! This recipe makes 1 chicken breast (2 tenders), so you may double it, triple it, etc., to your taste! I DESIGNED THIS RECIPE FOR YOU TO ADD YOUR DESIRED SPICES, so don't comment on this recipe until you have done so, please! :) Ingredients:
1 chicken breast |
3 tablespoons yellow mustard (the kind you put on your hamburgers) |
salt and pepper |
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper |
2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil |
Directions:
1. Defrost the chicken. Cut in half. 2. In a large plastic bag, mix together the chicken, mustard, salt and pepper, and lemon pepper, along with any other herbs/spices that you'd like to add. Massage the mustard into the chicken, along with the spices. Refrigirate for at least 2 hours. 3. Heat up the olive oil in a medium skillet. Once the olive oil is hot, add some lemon pepper, salt, and pepper to the pan and toast for about 45 seconds, stirring every 10 seconds or so. 4. Add the chicken, and cook on both sides until golden brown and cooked through. |
