This is great on a bun with smokies, hamburgers, on steak whatever. It is best if you make it about 1 week in advance. See Bavarian Smokies With Mustard Butter using this recipe Ingredients:
1/2 lb butter, softened |
1/3 cup parsley, chopped |
3 tablespoons german grainy mustard |
3 tablespoons dijon mustard |
2 tablespoons honey |
1 tablespoon cider vinegar |
Directions:
1. In your food processor cream together all the ingredients until fluffy. 2. Store in a sealed pint jar in the fridge. |
