Here's a nice butter variation that can be used on top of grilled meats or as a baste during grilling. From the Ultimate Grill Cookbook. Ingredients:
1 cup butter, room temperature |
4 teaspoons dry mustard |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1/3 cup parsley, chopped |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients. 2. Beat until smooth and well blended. |
