Ingredients:
3 tablespoons peanut oil |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
1 onion, minced |
1/2 cup catsup |
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 tablespoons honey |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
2 teaspoons dry mustard |
1 teaspoon ginger |
1 pinch salt |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients and set aside. 2. Grill meat (do not add anything). During the last 4-10 minutes baste with this sauce. 3. Boil the remaining sauce and spoon 2 tablespoons onto each plate, adding the meat portion. |
