From the Sharp Carousel Convection Microwave Cookbook. Developed for convection microwave ovens between 700 & 1050 watts. Ingredients:
2 1/2-3 lbs broiler-fryer chickens, cut up |
1/4 cup spicy brown mustard |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Arrange chicken pieces, skin side up, on round baking pan or directly on turntable. 2. Combine mustard and mayonnaise; spread on chicken pieces. 3. Roast 35 minutes on High Mix setting or until chicken next to bone is no longer pink. |
