Must Have Muffins for Pups |

1 1/2 cups oat flour |
1 cup oat bran |
1 cup rolled oats |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
1 egg, whisked |
1/3 cup honey |
3 tablespoons sunflower oil |
3/4 cup skim milk |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F Spray a 12 muffin pan with nonstick spray. Mix flour, bran, oats cinnamon and baking soda in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, blend the egg, honey and oil. Add the milk to the dry ingredients and then add the wet ingredients. Stir well. 2. Spoon mixture into muffin pan, filling the cups 3/4 full. 3. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool before serving. Store extras in resealable plastic bags in the freezer. |
