This is a simple yet delicious recipe for any night of the week. Ingredients:
2 lbs mussels |
1 small onion |
3 cloves chopped garlic |
1/2 cup butter |
2 teaspoons ghee |
2 roma chopped tomatoes |
1/2 cup water (more if needed) |
Directions:
1. Simmer all ingredients but mussels. Once onions are tender add the mussels and simmer until the muscles open up. We use bread to sop up this delicious sauce. |
