Mushrooms With Sour Cream |

An old favorite that my mom makes. Ingredients:
8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 teaspoon all-purpose flour |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 dash pepper |
minced dill weed or parsley |
Directions:
1. Cook and stir mushrooms in butter for 3 minutes. 2. Stir in flour; cook and stir for 1 minute. 3. Stir in sour cream, salt and pepper. Heat, stirring occasionally, just until hot. 4. Sprinkle with dill weed. |
