Unique combo of ingredients for a surprising twist to the routine stuffed mushrooms!
Ingredients:
8 oz mushrooms, stems removed
white seedless grapes, washed & patted dry
1 tablespoon chopped chives
3 oz cream cheese, softened (cream cheese with chives may be substituted)
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Combine cream cheese, chives and half of the Parmesan cheese. Place grapes in mushroom caps. Take about a spoonful of cream cheese mixture and cover grapes and tops of mushrooms. Roll tops of covered mushrooms in remaining Parmesan cheese.
2. Bake at 375 degrees for about 10 minutes or until Parmesan is lightly browned.
