Mushrooms Stuffed With Swiss Cheese |

I got this recipe from a cheese book at the grocery store. It's nice and easy and can be prepared ahead of time. Ingredients:
1 cup shredded swiss cheese |
1 tablespoon softened butter |
18 -20 button mushrooms |
Directions:
1. Combine swiss cheese with softened butter. 2. Remove stems from mushrooms. 3. Stuff mushroom caps with cheese mixture. 4. Place mushrooms on a greased cookie sheet and broil about 6 inches from broiler until mushrooms are cooked and the cheese is melted (2 to 3 minutes). |
