this dish isa perfect appetizer for everyone who loves cheese and mushrooms. It goes well with meat and/or wine!! All the hours!!:)
Ingredients:
6-8 portobello mushrooms.
1.5cup worn feta cheese ( instead of you can use cottage cheese)
1/2cup worn parmesan
garlic ( as much as you want... i put 2-3 cloves)
2 red peppers chopped
1 mature tomato chopped
pepper-salt
oregano
olive oil
Directions:
1. Clean the mushrooms and take off the stalk.
2. Put them in a backing pan with some olive oil.
3. Mix all the other ingredients and fill the mushrooms.
4. Bake them for half an hour.
