I nice lunch dish to be enjoyed while listening to The Moldau by Smetana Ingredients:
1 lb mushroom |
3 tablespoons butter |
1/4 teaspoon marjoram |
salt and pepper |
1 pinch nutmeg |
1 lemon, juice of |
1 1/4 cups sour cream |
6 slices bread, toasted |
Directions:
1. Clean and slice mushrooms. 2. Saute in hot butter for 2 minutes over hight heat. 3. Remove from heat. 4. Add marjarum, nutmet, lemon juice, salt& pepper. 5. Place over low heat, add sour cream. 6. Heat but do not let it come to a boil. 7. Serve over sliced toast. |
