Ingredients:
1/2 pound(s) mushrooms |
1/2 pound(s) asparagus |
3-4 slice(s) ginger root |
2 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil |
salt and pepper |
pinch(s) sugar |
Directions:
1. Slice asparagus into long diaganals.Chop ginger,slice mushrooms.Fry asparagus and ginger in oil over nedium heat turning continuously.Sprinkle lightly with salt.After one minute add mushrooms,a little pepper and a pinch of sugar.Keep stirring one minute,put lid on and cook one more minute. |
