An excellent appetizer which can also be used as a base for risottos and pastas Ingredients:
500 gr. mushrooms |
2 tbs lemon juice |
2 sprigs of fresh thyme or 2 tsp dry |
3 tbs olive oil |
1/2 cup dry white wine |
1 shallot chopped |
2 cloves garlic squashed |
Directions:
1. In a shallow oven proof pan, place the mushrooms sliced and pour the rest of the ingredients over them. 2. Place in the oven on a medium height at 160 C. and bake for 45-50 minutes. |
