Simple and flavorful burger. Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey (i use louis rich) |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon onion salt |
pepper |
1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine |
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms |
4 hamburger buns |
Directions:
1. Mix turkey, parsley, Worcestershire sauce and onion salt and pepper in large bowl. 2. Shape turkey mixture into 4 patties; set aside. 3. Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. 4. Add mushrooms; cook and stir 2-3 minutes or until tender. 5. Remove mushrooms; cover to keep warm. 6. Add patties to skillet; cook on medium heat 12-14 minutes or until done, turning occasionally. 7. Place patty on bottom bun; add mushrooms on top of patty; add top bun. 8. **Welightly butter and toast our hamburger buns. |
