Ingredients:
10 sheets phyllo pastry |
8 pints mushrooms, chopped |
1/2 tablespoon garlic |
2 tablespoons basil, chopped |
salt |
to taste cooking spray |
1/4 cup shallot, chopped |
1 cup fat free cream cheese |
1 tablespoon pepper |
1 package melba toast |
Directions:
1. Defrost phyllo. 2. Chop mushrooms in processor. 3. Saute mushrooms, shallots and garlic. Cook until juice evaporates. 4. Combine with the rest. Lay down a phyllo sheet in a pan. 5. Spray with cooking spray. 6. Repeat 5 more layers. 7. Spoon in mushroom mixture. Add the rest of the phyllo. 8. Bake 15 minutes at 400. |
