6 tomatoes |
1 pt. mushrooms |
1 c. soft bread crumbs |
1 onion, minced |
1 pam cooking spray |
1 salt |
1 pepper |
Directions:
1. Cut tops off tomatoes and scoop out pulp. Turn upside down to drain. 2. Spray pan with Pam. 3. Chop mushrooms and simmer in pan with minced onions about 10 minutes. 4. Mix onion and mushrooms with bread crumbs and thick part of tomato pulp. 5. Season with salt and pepper. 6. Stuff the tomatoes with the mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 15 or 20 minutes. |
