From a student cookbook. Serve on pasta. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons oil |
1 onion, thinly sliced |
250 g mushrooms, sliced |
1 tablespoon coarse grain mustard |
125 ml creme fraiche |
salt and black pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat oil and fry onion until soft and starting to brown. 2. Add mushrooms and fry for a few minutes until soft and starting to brown. 3. Stir in mustard and creme fraiche and heat through. 4. Season and serve. |
