Mushroom Stroganoff

This is good served with rice.
Ingredients:
8 ounces mushrooms (sliced)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup white wine
1 vegetable stock cube
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon oregano
salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions:
1. Saute the mushrooms in oil for 5-10 minutes.
2. Add the stock cube and wine. Dissolve the stock cube.
3. Add the remaining ingredients.
4. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
5. Serve with rice.
