This is good served with rice. Ingredients:
8 ounces mushrooms (sliced) |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 cup sour cream |
1/4 cup white wine |
1 vegetable stock cube |
1 tablespoon tomato paste |
1 teaspoon oregano |
salt and pepper (to taste) |
Directions:
1. Saute the mushrooms in oil for 5-10 minutes. 2. Add the stock cube and wine. Dissolve the stock cube. 3. Add the remaining ingredients. 4. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. 5. Serve with rice. |
