This is good to top on steak and hamburgers. Very easy. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter |
1/2 cup onion, chopped |
2 (4 ounce) cans mushrooms, drained |
1 teaspoon garlic, minced (can use more or less) |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional) |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. In small saucepan, melt butter. 2. Stir in onions and cook over medium heat for approximately 1 minute. 3. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook and stir 4 minutes, or until onions are cooked. 4. Spoon the mushroom sauce on top of meat. |
