1 lb mushroom, sliced |
1/4 cup butter |
1 large celery rib, small dice |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1/2-1 small onion, small dice |
salt and pepper, to taste (optional) |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in saucepan, add veggies and saute until soft but do not brown. Simmer until most of the butter has thickened. 2. Spoon over steaks. |
