10 sl whole wheat bread cubed |
1 lb bulk sausage |
1 cn 4oz mushroom pieces, drain |
1/2 c shredded cheddar |
1/2 c shredded swiss |
6 eggs lightly beaten |
1 c milk |
1 c 1/2 & 1/2 |
1 ts worchestershire |
1/2 ts pepper |
Directions:
1. COOK SAUSAGE OVER MED HEAT UNTIL NO LONGER PINK, DRAIN. PLACE BREAD CUBES IN A GREASED, 13x9x2 BAKING DISH. SPRINKLE WITH THE SAUSAGE, MUSHROOMS AND CHEESES. COMBINE THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL AND POUR OVER THE TOP. COVER AND REFRIGERATE OVER NIGHT. REMOVE FROM REFRIGERATOR 30 MINUTES BEFORE BAKING. BAKE UNCOVERED AT 350 FOR 35-45 MINUTES OR UNTIL KNIFE COMES OUT CLEAN |
