I love mushrooms and this is perfect on any broiled or sauted fish. Ingredients:
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms |
1/2 cup sliced green onion |
1 teaspoon butter |
1/2 cup water |
1/3 cup white wine |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Saute mushrooms& onions in butter til tender Add water, wine& worcestershire Bring to boil, reduce heat,& stir in mayo. 2. Keep warm. |
