Ingredients:
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms |
1 tablespoon butter or margarine |
1 cup basic brown sauce |
1/4 cup sherry |
1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Sauté mushrooms in butter until tender; add Basic Brown Sauce, sherry, onion, salt, and pepper, stirring well. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve hot with roast beef or steak. |
